Dealers and end users assume full responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding Personal Transport Vehicles (PTVs). Maintenance and proper usage are the sole responsibility of the owner.

6. Battery & Vehicle Modification Disclaimer

Any modifications, alterations, or adjustments to the original factory configuration of the golf cart, including but not limited to speed enhancements, electrical modifications, or structural changes, immediately void all warranties and release Arch from any and all liability for damages, injuries, or legal consequences arising from such modifications. Unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited and may render the vehicle non-compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.

7. Battery Usage & Safety Disclaimer

The included batteries are designed and certified for use in Arch personal transport vehicles (PTVs) only. Removing, repurposing, or installing the batteries in other applications, including but not limited to boats, RVs, solar systems, or non-approved vehicles, is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use voids all warranties and releases Arch from any liability related to damages, fire hazards, personal injury, or malfunction caused by improper battery use.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes must first attempt to be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Missouri before legal action is pursued.

9. Changes to These Terms

Arch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
