ArchEV Golf Cars warrants to the original registered purchaser, sold by an authorized ArchEV dealer, that the vehicle will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.

How do I start a claim?

Important Warranty Information:

Warranty claims can only be made by the end-user or owner of the vehicle. All claims begin with the submission of a Support Request (SR) by the end-user or owner of the vehicle available under the Support link on the ArchEV website. ArchEV will review the SR and respond with the necessary technical assistance.

Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Does the warranty cover shipping or labor costs?

The warranty covers defective parts, but it does not cover labor or shipping costs for repairs or replacements.

Please refer to the warranty terms for specific details on shipping and labor coverage.

Can the warranty be transferred if I sell my golf cart?

No, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What voids the warranty?

This warranty will be void if:

• The vehicle or battery charger is abused or not used as intended.

• The vehicle is involved in an accident or collision.

• Any part of the vehicle's speed settings, braking system, electrical system, or other essential components have been tampered with.

• Routine maintenance specified by ArchEV has not been performed.

• Any non-approved parts or accessories are installed, or the vehicle is modified without following ArchEV’s instructions.

• Consistent electrical draw over 5 amps is detected with the key on, as this is outside factory specifications.
